It's A Girl!

Long time no see!

I'll blog more about that tomorrow, but for now I have the pleasure of sharing the best news:

We're having a GIRL!

That's right, I just got back from the Ultrasound and it's official, we're having a baby girl on June 4th.

I know I've written a lot about happiness, and about how my life changed so much last year, but this was just the icing on the cake. Of course I knew last year (2009) that we were pregnant, which was why our New Year's Eve celebration was so... well... celebratory, but we wanted to wait until everything was hunky-dory before "announcing" it and so here we are!

No idea about the name yet, but I can't tell you how excited we are that Abigail is going to have a little sister. All she's talked about lately is helping mommy change diapers, teaching her little sister what not to be scared of (mostly "unders, lightnings and rain") and sharing. So imagine how happy we were that tonight at dinner we get to break the news to her that she's going to have a little baby sister!

You know, it's hard to imagine being any happier than I am right now.
